An extension of deadlines for submitting Income Tax Return for individuals and businesses

As per a relevant Decree issued dated 12 March 2021, the deadline for the below filings has been extended until 30 September 2021:

  • Electronic submission for corporations to submit their Income Tax Return (form TD4) for the tax year 2019.
  • Electronic submission for physical persons preparing audited financial statements to submit their Income Tax Return (form TD1) for the tax year 2019. Physical persons are required to prepare audited financial statements when their annual turnover (certain types of income) exceeds €70.000.
