Arofat is the founder and Managing Director of Arosal, and is a highly qualified professional, holding a master’s degree in Financial Management and being a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for more than 10 years. During her early career she focused on international tax structures, working with PWC Cyprus, further becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) by obtaining the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) qualification.

Arofat also had a highly successful tenure at Grant Thorton (Cyprus), where she held the position of Executive Auditor and dealt with large international and local clients, offering audit and assurance services. She then went on to open her own firm in 2015, Arosal Audit Ltd which was the first company of the Arosal group and specializes on medium and smaller sized clients as its niche. The company has been very successful since then, having grown to a sizeable firm of around 20 professionals, and has recently opened a separate tax advisory unit aimed at offering her clients a full range of services.

Throughout her career, Arofat has worked with clients at the pinnacle of the global corporate world, including giant multinational corporations but also many smaller SME clients and high-net-worth individuals. Her passion and devotion towards her clients is what sets Arosal apart from the rest of the competition, as Arofat’s personal input into her clients acts as a safety net which allows them to focus on the core of their business. Arofat is fluent in Russian, English, Greek and Turkish.

An experienced and highly skilled young professional with specialization in international and domestic taxation and experience in cross-border transactions, corporate and personal tax advisory and compliance, and private wealth structuring projects. Panayiotis is a holder of a First Class Honours BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of York and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Before joining Arosal, Panayiotis was in the Tax Advisory Department of PwC Cyprus for 7 years, acting as a Tax Manager. During this time he was handling a diversified client portfolio which included large multinational groups and large and medium-sized organizations in the financial services, oil and gas, and electricity sectors, as well as high-net-worth individual clients, offering a variety of services such as tax structuring projects on cross-border arrangements and private wealth structures, due diligence projects, assistance with obtaining advance tax rulings, tax compliance work, preparation and filing of returns/declarations, and handling examinations with the Tax Authorities. Panayiotis is fluent in Greek and English and has expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software and various tax databases.

Diliana is a highly experienced young professional, having obtained the highly accredited Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, further becoming a Felow (FCCA). She obtained her qualifications whilst working with Baker Tilly (Cyprus), one of the big-10 audit firms in Cyprus, and also spent a short period in smaller audit firms as executive auditor after leaving. She has managed to establish a thorough and detailed understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and audit procedures, with expert knowledge on accounting and audit software packages such as Eurosoft and CaseWare.

Diliana has been with Arosal since its foundation, and is the head of audit and assurance services, with a team of 5 highly skilled professionals through various stages of their ACCA qualification under her direction. Her department is able to offer audit and assurance services to a variety of client types, sizes and complexity, dedicated to offering the highest quality services to clients in a prompt and timely manner. Diliana is fluent in English, Greek and Bulgarian, and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Demetris is a highly qualified young professional, with an aptitude for accounting, having obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nicosia, achieving an impressive 3.3/4. He then went on to obtain the highly accredited Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, supplementing his accounting and audit skills, whilst also broadening his skill set into broader business areas in addition to Accounting. Demetris has managed to accumulate considerable experience in audit and assurance services, having served clients from the IT, real estate, and investment businesses sector of Cyprus.

Demetris has been with Arosal since its foundation, and is the head of accounting services, with a team of 5 highly skilled professionals under his supervision. He has participated in various tax structuring and business advisory projects Arosal has been involved in. Demetris is fluent in both English and Greek, whilst being an associate of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Lambros holds BSc in Accounting and Finance from the Manchester Metropolitan University of UK. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) since 2019. Joining Arosal in 2019, Lambros is in charge of audit engagements for clients from various industry sectors as well as managing a team of young audit professionals. Lambros is fluent in both Greek and English.
