Arofat is the founder and Managing Director of Arosal, and is a highly qualified professional, holding a master’s degree in Financial Management and being a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for more than 10 years. During her early career she focused on international tax structures, working with PWC Cyprus, further becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) by obtaining the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) qualification.
Arofat also had a highly successful tenure at Grant Thorton (Cyprus), where she held the position of Executive Auditor and dealt with large international and local clients, offering audit and assurance services. She then went on to open her own firm in 2015, Arosal Audit Ltd which was the first company of the Arosal group and specializes on medium and smaller sized clients as its niche. The company has been very successful since then, having grown to a sizeable firm of around 20 professionals, and has recently opened a separate tax advisory unit aimed at offering her clients a full range of services.
Throughout her career, Arofat has worked with clients at the pinnacle of the global corporate world, including giant multinational corporations but also many smaller SME clients and high-net-worth individuals. Her passion and devotion towards her clients is what sets Arosal apart from the rest of the competition, as Arofat’s personal input into her clients acts as a safety net which allows them to focus on the core of their business. Arofat is fluent in Russian, English, Greek and Turkish.
As a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Mrs. Diliana Ivanova possess extensive professional expertise in auditing, accounting, financial reporting services. Her professional experience includes conducting statutory audits, evaluating internal controls, assessing financial risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards, and supporting organizations in strengthening their financial integrity and operational efficiency. She works closely with companies, entrepreneurs, and international clients to provide reliable financial insights that support sound decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Demetris is a highly qualified young professional, with an aptitude for accounting, having obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nicosia, achieving an impressive 3.3/4. He then went on to obtain the highly accredited Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, supplementing his accounting and audit skills, whilst also broadening his skill set into broader business areas in addition to Accounting. Demetris has managed to accumulate considerable experience in audit and assurance services, having served clients from the IT, real estate, and investment businesses sector of Cyprus.
Demetris has been with Arosal since its foundation, and is the head of accounting services, with a team of 5 highly skilled professionals under his supervision. He has participated in various tax structuring and business advisory projects Arosal has been involved in. Demetris is fluent in both English and Greek, whilst being an associate of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
