Extension of DAC6 reporting deadlines
As per an announcement of the Cyprus Tax Department dated 03 February 2021, DAC6 is expected to be enacted into the legislation within this month. Furthermore, the said announcement extends the relevant deadline(s) for reportable Cross Border Arrangements of the period 25 June 2018 – 28 February 2021, since these may now be reported until 31 March 2021.
